We’re now looking for a Mid-Designer to join our growing creative team – someone with solid design craft, fresh ideas, and the hunger to keep learning and pushing creative boundaries.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute design concepts across a range of brands and sectors, from wines and spirits to lifestyle, retail, and purpose-driven projects.
Translate strategic thinking and creative briefs into compelling, memorable visual solutions.
Work confidently across both digital and print, balancing conceptual creativity with executional precision.
Collaborate closely with art directors, writers, and strategists to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Present design ideas clearly, internally and to clients, with the ability to articulate the “why” behind your creative choices.
Stay curious – keeping an eye on design, cultural and tech trends to bring fresh inspiration into the work.

What we’re looking for

3–5 years’ experience as a Designer, preferably in an advertising or brand-focused environment.
A portfolio that shows strong design foundations – layout, typography, colour, and image – as well as conceptual thinking.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you’re comfortable in Figma or motion/video editing tools.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to take projects from concept to final production-ready artwork.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset – comfortable working independently but also thrives in collaboration.
The ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking and client needs.
Curiosity about human behaviour, culture, and creativity (a love of the brain is optional, but encouraged!).
