Job description

Outlaws Model Management is a dynamic and growing model agency representing diverse talent across fashion, commercial and editorial spaces. We are passionate about developing and managing talent, while building long term relationships with clients in fashion, media and advertising. We are currently looking for an experienced and driven model booker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a roster of models: scheduling, availability, booking, career development
• Pitch and promote talent to existing and potential clients 
• Negotiate rates, contracts and usage terms
• Coordinate castings, calltime and travel logistics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client and industry professionals.
• Scout new talent and conduct interviews
• Maintain accurate records and update all systems.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in model booking, talent management or related fields.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in booking systems (You, Me & Co and Portfoliopad) and basic office software.
• A network of industry contacts is a strong advantage
• Passion for fashion, talent and creativity.
