What Does “Non-Continuous Basis” Mean?

This role is not permanent employment.

You will:

• Be called in only when needed
• Work specific short-term periods or projects
• Have no guaranteed hours
• Be paid only for hours worked

This is ideal for candidates who are flexible and available at short notice.

Duties and Responsibilities

When called in, your responsibilities may include:

• Packing and handling stock
• Assisting drivers with delivery documentation
• Loading and offloading trucks (including lifting bags up to 40kg)
• Cleaning and maintaining warehouse areas
• Accompanying drivers on delivery routes, including long-distance travel

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, you must:

• Have Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
• Be currently unemployed
• Reside in Mbombela (for Nelspruit role) or Cape Town (for Brackenfell role)
• Be available on short notice

Advantage:

• Valid Code 10 (C1) license with PrDP or higher
• Warehouse, stock, or FMCG experience

Skills Required

• Good problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills
• Good reading and writing skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong work ethic and reliability
