Job description
Employee Empowerment Experts is an HR consultancy focused on guiding and assisting employees with workplace disputes. Whether it is a written warning, disciplinary or CCMA hearing, we are there to guide you every step of the way.
We are on the lookout for a great New Business Development Consultant who can hit the ground running and grow our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a vast network of connections to tap into, be able to secure appointments and effectively upsell the current service offerings. If you meet the requirements below, are looking for remote flexibility and an opportunity to earn lucrative commission on every consultation or service booked, then we want to hear from you!

Requirements:
- At least 3 years' new business development experience.

- Able to start on 01 September 2025 or immediately.
