Location: Booysendal Platinum Mine, (near Mashishing and Roossenekal)

Role requirements

The successful candidate must have the following basic requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent at NQF level 4 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy

Field of Study

• Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) (REF: BDHR01/26)
• Boilermaker (REF: BDHR02/26)
• Electrician (REF: BDHR03/26)
• Metallurgy (REF: BDHR04/26)
• Mining (REF: BDHR05/26)

Preference will be given to applicants from local communities.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF level 4) with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
• The Learner must be willing to commit him/herself to the full training period stipulated on the Learnership contract.
• Preference given to local community applicants

What it involves:

• A structured training programme blending theory and practical experience
• Focus on emerging tech: artificial intelligence, data analytics, cloud computing, etc.
• Prepares participants for careers in ICT
