OOH Senior Direct Sales Executive (Sandton)

Who are we looking for: A driven Senior Direct Sales Executive who lives for new business. A natural hunter who loves opening doors, closing deals and exceeding targets.

What will you do:

• Prospect, cold call and hunt new direct client relationships from scratch
• Run discovery calls that uncover real client needs, not just book meetings
• Sell premium OOH and DOOH across some of SA’s best media assets
• Build strategic proposals that move revenue for major brands
• Drive new business and grow with a company on the up

What will you need:

• 5+ years in media, advertising, or a related sales environment
• A track record of winning new business directly you can point to logos you brought in yourself
• You’re not scared of a cold call. You pick up the phone, you knock on the door, you find a way in
• You know how to prospect properly and run a sharp discovery call asking the right questions before you ever pitch
• Sharp presentation and negotiation skills; you can hold your own in any boardroom
• OOH/DOOH experience is a bonus, not a requirement but you understand the media landscape
• Commercial instinct and real strategic thinking you sell solutions, not slots
• Team-first energy you celebrate the team’s win as hard as your own
