Job description
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Services person to manage customer interactions (local and International) and support operational processes within a flexographic printing supplies and solutions environment.
Duties include ad hoc project management, imports and exports, stock control, container bookings, distribution and relevant documentation within a dynamic environment.
Good working knowledge of the Flexo printing and packaging industries a distinct advantage.
Requirements
Matric, plus a Bachelors Degree
Min 3-5 years customer service experience gained in the field of logistics/imports/exports/shipping/print/paper supplies sectors
Ideally good working knowledge of the flexo printing industry
Good working knowledge of distribution, logistics, stock control, imports and exports and relevant documentation
MS Office
SAP
