Production Co-Ordinator (Cape Town)

Are you experienced in the digital printing industry and ready to take charge of a fast-paced production environment?  We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Printing Production Supervisor to join our team

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the digital printing production line
• Monitor quality control throughout the entire printing and packaging process
• Supervise the collation and packaging of printed materials for dispatch to multiple store locations
• Ensure production output meets company standards and deadlines
• Delegate tasks effectively to staff and maintain workflow efficiency
• Identify and resolve production issues as they arise
• Maintain organized records and production logs
• Work closely with team members and management to ensure clear communication
• Basic computer programs e.g. Microsoft Excel to track production data and schedules
• Minimum 3 years experience in the digital printing industry
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
• Confident in delegating responsibilities and managing a team
• Good Verbal and communication skills
