✅ Proven experience in a production leadership role within events, theatre, arts, or cultural industries
✅ Strong knowledge of live production workflows and technical coordination
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
✅ Strong budgeting and organisational skills
✅ Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
