:
✅ BTech / BEng / BSc in Civil Engineering.
✅ Professional Registration (PrEng or PrTechEng) with ECSA.
✅ 8–12 years’ proven experience in civil infrastructure design and project management.
✅ Strong knowledge of relevant engineering software and design standards.
✅ Experience in contract administration and working with GCC/FIDIC or similar contracts.
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
