We're looking for driven, people-focused Estate Agents who thrive in a high-performance sales environment and are passionate about property and building relationships.

Requirements: 

• NQF4 Real Estate qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum 1 year property sales experience
• Proven track record in property sales or rentals
• Valid EAAB registration & clear criminal record
• Own transport, cell phone & laptop
• Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills
• Computer literate and fluent in English (2nd languages advantageous)

Responsibilities:

• Source and list new properties
• Conduct valuations and market analysis
• Manage buyer and seller leads
• Negotiate and close deals
• Provide end-to-end client support
