This is a phone-first, target-driven role built on a simple truth: new business is won on the phone and kept through a genuine understanding of what each client needs.

We are looking for a relentless recruitment sales / Business Development star that will make 60-80 calls per day to decision maker, eloquently presenting the value we have to offer, questioning for find out the business’ unique needs, listening for the nuance and making staffing solutions that work for the long term.

• A thorough understanding of the recruitment life cycle, previous experience working in a recruitment agency or recruitment sales (other sales will be considered)
• A rejection proof ego and good humour
• Confident and clear accent and communication speaking to decision makes
• Some understanding of the UK Market and UK business culture, trends preferences etc

The ideal candidate will have experience in a business development role in recruitment, and a track record of bringing in new business, the role will require cold calling, attending online networking events

On package, we reward performance generously. You'll earn R5,000 in commission per head placed, with no ceiling on your earnings. By month four post-probation, you should be adding at least two heads to the book each week a minimum of R40,000 per month in commission, and more as you grow the book.
