Research Associate

Hire Resolves client is growing their research team and seeking a Research Associate to support strategic initiatives, deliver actionable insights, and help drive innovation across our AI platform and client solutions.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• 2–4 years of experience in a research, strategy, consulting, or technical role with a focus
  on AI or data analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and
  non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and strong comfort with AI trends, frameworks, and
  tooling.
• Experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations.
  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple streams of work
  independently.
• Prior exposure to client-facing environments or professional services is an advantage.
