Are you a research-driven leader with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for accurate, meaningful data?

Topco Media and Communications is looking for an experienced Research Manager to lead our Research function and ensure our teams and databases deliver high-quality, verified information that supports our Publications, Awards, Events, Sales and Marketing divisions.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing the research team.
• Managing research projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Ensuring research is accurate, verified and aligned with brand requirements.
• Overseeing company, industry and executive research.
• Maintaining high-quality research databases and HubSpot records.
• Monitoring team performance, productivity and quality.
• Identifying opportunities to improve research processes and systems.
• Providing research insights and reporting to senior management.
• Working closely with sales, marketing, events and other departments.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong research and analytical experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and fact-checking skills.
• Experience managing people and projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• A proactive, accountable and solutions-focused approach.
• CRM/database experience, particularly HubSpot, will be advantageous.
