Shape the Future with Us! A rewarding opportunity awaits a skilled Planning at Spitz Kurt Geiger in Bryanston, Johannesburg. Your role will be responsible for a number of KPI such as, turnover, sales budgets, gross profit, cost reductions, stock turns and closing stock within their department.
Reporting Structure:
Reports to: Planning Manager

Key Areas of Impact:
Store ranging and Tiering
Store profiling & assortment planning
New Stores opening/Refits-Liaise with Planners regarding opening dates, fixtures, store profile & required stock levels & ensure sufficient correct assortment by brand by product is planned & monitor store performance & adjust accordingly.
Store Liasons
Store communication and interaction
Continuous liaison with the store staff regarding stock requests, movements and feedback
Conduct regular store visits & produce reports with findings and actions
Business Systems, Standards and Processes
Load styles onto Replenishment and RPL parameters & indicators
Deletion of models to ensure maximum efficiency within the system
Replenishment Forecasting-assist Planner with the forecasting of RPL styles
Manage all promo activity
Ensure prices are loaded onto the system for promotions
Strategy, Analysis and Financials
Sales Budgeting/Forecasting
Analyse and evaluate al KPI
Plan budgets across all KPI
Set Sales Budget per store per brand
Manage OTB
Analyse and evaluate a range of historical data and past performance trends in the context of current portfolio strategy
Continuous in-season sales analysis
Identify best and worst sellers
Analyse sales budgets and react to trends, re-projecting figures accordingly
Post Season Analysis
Prepare presentation of analysis and present to the Spitz Board of Directors
Stock Management
Manage stock
Replenishment model stock management
Distribute & allocate Stock according to assortment plan & current sales performances & trends
Identify best & worst sellers & manage models accordingly to maximise sell thru & store performance
Create & manage STO’s between stores
Generate appropriate size curves to reorder stock & send projected intake to suppliers
Liaise with warehouse regarding stock holding and delivery of stock
What It Takes to Succeed:
Experience that set you up for success:
5 – 8 years Planning experience
Qualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your success:
A Degree/Diploma in Planning or Finance
Additional Requirements that will enhance your impact for success:
Advanced Excel
Retail Fashion
Budgeting and Forecasting
Reporting
Knowledge of SAP
Arthur Planning/Enterprise Planning will be advantageous
