Job Description
Job Title: Retail Site Manager

Location: Cape Town

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Introduction:
We are currently seeking a Retail Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a PSIRA registered grade A certification, experience in managing a team, and a background in retail operations. The Retail Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security and operations at our retail site.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee all security operations at the retail site, including monitoring CCTV cameras, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring adherence to security protocols.
– Manage a team of security guards, including conducting regular performance reviews, providing training and support, and resolving any issues that may arise.
– Liaise with senior management to report on site performance, security incidents, and any operational concerns.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
– Implement and maintain effective security measures to protect the retail site, staff, and customers.

Qualifications and Experience:
– PSIRA registered grade A certification is essential.
– Proven experience in managing a team, preferably in a retail environment.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to security and operational issues.
– Good knowledge of security procedures and protocols, as well as relevant legislation.
– Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and evenings as required.
