Safal Steel is launching the 2026 Graduate Development Program. The Graduate Program is a program designed to smoothly transition recent graduates from university to the work environment. The program provides challenging and rewarding work to develop our graduates into future leaders and technical experts at Safal Steel.

As a participant of the program, you will:

• Work with experienced individuals who will support you throughout the program.
• Gain valuable work experience in the Steel industry.
• Develop your teamwork, communication, problem solving and time management skills.

• Diploma / B Tech – Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current)
• Diploma / B Tech – Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma/ B Tech – Mechatronic (can be light current and Instrumentation)
