Job description

Requirements :

  • Matric qualification is required.
  • A minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in sales is required.
  • Banking services experience is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales applications is essential.
  • Understanding of compliance and KYC principles is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong excel skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Meet the set standards of sales productivity and quality to achieve set KPIs and financial targets.
  • Ability to multi-task, managing new, in-progress, and decisioned applications in a structured and focused manner.
  • Contacting and following up with customers to request additional documentation and information required for application completion and sales conversions.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of company rules and policies.
  • Proactively engage with customers and provide timely feedback on submitted applications.
  • Accurately communicate both positive and negative application decisions with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative team and working environment.
  • Ability to work within strict turnaround times while ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients across all channels, handling calls and emails, resolving complaints, and processing applications efficiently and timeously.
