Join our I&J Trawling Division in the Waterfront, Cape Town as a SAP PM ADMINISTRATOR and play a key role in managing the planning board for assigned vessels on a daily basis ensuring compliance and deadlines are met resulting in zero errors or defaults from Superintendent and vessel feedback.

Reporting Structure:

Reports to: Planning Manager
Key Areas of Impact:
Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Superintendents.
Record keeping for both vessel and workshops.
Providing Administrative Support to Workshop Foreman.
Ordering of equipment and other resources.

What It Takes to Succeed:

Experience that set you up for success:

Minimum 5 years maintenance and project planning administrative experience in a workshop or engineering environment.

Qualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your success:

Grade 12 / Matric
Planning and Maintenance Certificate

Additional Requirements that will enhance your impact for success:

SAP – Plant Maintenance
MS Office
Vessel Systems
Stores Management (MRP)
