Job description

Job title: Senior BTL Designer

Key purpose of the role

Deliver world-class ideas and design across all media formats by interrogating briefs and strategy, ensuring excellence in concept, craft, and results for TBWA\Hunt Lascaris and its clients.

Support new business development when required.
Represent the agency positively and professionally in all interactions.

Required knowledge and experience

Minimum 5+ years as a designer in a leading creative agency. A compelling portfolio showcasing relevant, high-quality work is essential.

Expert in design craft and multi-format execution.
Strong conceptual thinking.
Strategic understanding of brand and communication.
Strong presentation and articulation skills.
Adobe Suite
Figma and AI adoption – added benefit
