We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and help drive strategic insights, efficiency, and growth across the organisation.

As a at Business Analyst , you’ll play a crucial role in turning data into actionable insights that guide decision-making across departments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support strategic initiatives..

Requirements:

Degree or relevant qualifications
Degree B Eng (Industrial) (advantageous)
7+ years’ experience in business analysis, process analysis
4+ years’ experience in business analysis activity related to the development of bespoke web or mobile applications
Advanced excel skills, other MS Office experience (specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
SQL experiences advantageous
FMCG experience advantageous
Experience with analysis and design of business reports advantageous
Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience advantageous

Responsibilities:

Administer IT systems.
Monitoring and supporting the companies’ applications
Participate in testing of new system functionality
Participate in user acceptance testing
Identify process change elements
Develop training material and conduct formal training sessions for end user
Provide technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching staff
Monitoring for optimal success of project
