for a Senior Marketing Executive to lead the charge across some of South Africa’s most exciting

retail destinations.

Who We're Looking For

A seasoned, strategic marketer with retail in their DNA and hustle in their heart. You are a

relationship builder, a campaign captain, and a consumer whisperer. Your equal parts

analytic and creative — and thrive in the pulse of retail.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience (3+ in a retail/shopping centre environment)
• Relevant marketing qualification (degree or diploma preferred)
• Proven project management chops — you own deadlines, budgets, and briefs.
• Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and retail trends
• Stellar communication, presentation, and reporting skills
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle (because site visits = inspiration)
• Leadership energy to take campaigns from concept to completion.
• Confidence collaborating with diverse stakeholders — from clients to suppliers to tenants.

• Event management, promotions, and activation experience
• Digital marketing savvy — especially social media and influencer campaigns A sharp wit and agency-life resilience
• A passion for retail and community
