• Learner Miner: NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 or equivalent)
• Be medically fit to work in the specific business area.
• Have a clear security screening record.
• Have a valid driver’s license (if applicable)

Programme Objectives • Demonstrates an understanding of the programme objectives and associated tasks. • Complete all modules of the development programme within the specified timeframe. • Escalate queries and concerns associated with the programme and completion thereof where required. • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

SHE • Adhere to all legal and safety requirements. • Conduct all work according to the required standard, specifications, and training. • Attend SHE meetings as and when required. • Ensure that the prescribed safety equipment is worn and/ or used. • Recognize hazardous situations that have an impact on all jobs and participate in “on the job” risk assessment. • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures. Reporting • Compile developmental progress reports for progress discussion with the relevant stakeholder. • Report all inconsistencies and obstacles. • Report and communicate ideas and recommendations.
