We are seeking a motivated Junior Sourcing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a current university student to gain real-world experience in sourcing, procurement, and operational coordination — all while working remotely.

You’ll assist with planning, research, and execution to ensure smooth procurement processes and effective stock management. The role requires initiative, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and onboarding, including due diligence on new partners and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate contract records and assist with procurement reporting.
• Support process improvements across onboarding, offboarding, and renewals.
• Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of key items.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the buying team.
• Assist in developing and implementing sourcing and procurement strategies.
