Systems Delivery Coordinator/ Project Manager (Sandton)

We’re looking for a Systems Delivery Coordinator to help orchestrate successful project outcomes and ensure seamless delivery across teams.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate and support end-to-end delivery of systems and projects
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, progress, and timely delivery
• Track project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
• Identify and mitigate risks and blockers early, ensuring smooth execution
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including technical teams and leadership
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting using tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and workflows

What you bring

Experience

• 6 to 10 years in systems coordination, project coordination, project management and or IT delivery support
• Experience working in Agile and/or project management environments

Tools and technical skills

• Proficiency in:
• JIRA
• Confluence
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
