We’re on the hunt for a Team Lead (C#) to help drive technical excellence across our backend services and guide a growing development team. If you're passionate about fintech, love clean code, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this one's for you.

What you'll do:

Lead and mentor a team of talented software engineers

Drive the design, development, and maintenance of our backend services in C#

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, scalable systems

Oversee cloud deployments and DevOps pipelines

Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction

What you’ll bring:

Strong experience in C#/.NET

Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, CSS for frontend support

Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure: AWS and/or Azure

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD

Strong knowledge of SQL databases

Bonus: Exposure to GoLang

Nice to have:

Experience in fintech, mobile payments, or digital wallet platforms

Familiarity with QR-based payment systems

A passion for secure, efficient digital transaction systems
