What you will need to grab this gig:

Experience level 5 to 7 years, SQL expectations increased, and modern agile techniques (story mapping, backlog refinement, ATDD/BDD)
Solution design: Previously about capturing requirements and modelling processes; now it includes analysing APIs, data structures, and integrations, and working with Tech Leads to shape technically feasible solutions
Documentation: Expanded from functional specs to cover interface and system documentation, aligned with agile delivery practices
Quality: Goes beyond basic QA to include integration testing, alerting/reporting requirements, and improving scalability and maintainability
Governance: Now linked to system architecture and data protection by design, with an emphasis on recording key technical decisions
Some software de experience with either C# and or Java
API knowledge and experience
Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and propose scalable solutions
Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers
Document and present detailed business requirements
Support project delivery through the full project lifecycle
