 What you need to land an interview:

• 10+ years’ experience in diverse technical leadership roles, ideally within a Global Markets environment
• 5+ years’ people leadership with a proven ability to grow, mentor, and inspire teams
• Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle
• Deep technical background spanning architecture, integration, data warehousing, APIs, business analysis, testing, and production systems management
• Solid grasp of the trade life cycle and front-to-back trading processes
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, asset class trading, and related risk management
• Proven experience with proactive monitoring and alerting technologies
• Clear understanding of investment banking principles and operations
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party engagements
• Broad knowledge of multiple asset classes, banking products, and execution workflows
• Hands-on familiarity with integration and enterprise tools such as Control-M, Tibco, Informatica, reporting tools, and market data platforms
• Proficiency in mainstream languages including Java, C#, Python
• Solid understanding of mainstream databases
• Strong grounding in Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of project and program management
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
