This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations — coordinating projects, aligning teams, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and track all agency workflow from briefing to delivery
• Lead daily traffic meetings and ensure clear priorities
• Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and deadlines
• Liaise between account managers, creatives, and production

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years in an agency or similar fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Calm under pressure, thrives on juggling multiple projects
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with project management tools e.g. Monday.com
• Own transport and valid driver’s licence
