About the WIL Programme
The Work Integrated Learning Trainee Programme aims to provide students and recent graduates with practical workplace experience.
Participants will have an opportunity to:
- Apply academic knowledge in a real-world environment.
- Gain hands-on workplace experience.

What You Will Do
Successful learners may be involved in the following activities:
Task Execution
- Assist with specific projects within a department or workstream.
- Perform routine operational tasks under supervision.
- Support administrative functions, including documentation and reporting.
Learning and Development
- Participate in training sessions, workshops and mentorship programmes.
- Shadow experienced professionals.
- Take part in problem-solving activities.
Communication and Collaboration
- Interact with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Provide updates on assigned tasks and project progress.
- Serve as a contact point for queries and assistance.
Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research and data collection.
- Assist with data analysis.

What You Need to Succeed

- Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Completed all theoretical subjects from N4 to N6 in one of the following:
- Office Management
- Management Assistant
- Business Management at a TVET College.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
- No bursary obligation with another company.

- Certified copy of Matric certificate.
