Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or B-Tech (NQF Level 7) in Accounting

• Must have no formal work experience

• Not currently part of any internship or learnership programme

• Must be a South African citizen or permanent resident

• Willing to sign an internship agreement with UFS

• If currently studying, must not attend classes during working hours

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will gain exposure to:

• Processing transactions using PeopleSoft

• Capturing financial data

• Journalising account adjustments

• Managing accounts and responding to queries
