Wholesale and Brand Coordinator (Cape Town)

MasterPiece Puzzles is a rapidly growing, proudly South African puzzle brand creating beautifully designed, premium wooden puzzles with a strong focus on artwork, quality and standout packaging.
We’re a small, ambitious team based in Cape Town, working across a group of creative South African businesses including Matthew Bell Art, Roam and The Wood Lab — and we’re looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded person to join us and help take MasterPiece to its next stage of growth.
This is a varied, hands-on role, with a particular focus on growing and managing our wholesale business and various brand collaborations. You’ll work closely with our stockists, help us find and approach new stores, coordinate orders and launches, and make sure MasterPiece is represented beautifully wherever our products are sold.
At the same time, you’ll be involved in the creative side of the brand — from new products and packaging to content, photoshoots and marketing. We’re a small team, so this is a role for someone who enjoys getting involved, taking ownership and making things happen.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and growing our relationships with existing wholesale stockists
• Identifying and approaching potential new stockists across South Africa
• Following up on wholesale leads, enquiries and opportunities
• Helping coordinate wholesale orders, launches, catalogues and product information
• Helping ensure MasterPiece displays and products look great in stores
• Assisting with day-to-day operations, stock, production and packaging design
• Helping create and launch new products and collections
• Assisting with photoshoots, content creation, social media and marketing
• Working with customers, suppliers and our wider creative team
• Bringing new ideas and looking for opportunities to grow the brand
• Bringing energy, creativity, and fresh thinking to the brand

What we’re looking for:

• Someone highly organised, proactive and reliable
• A confident, friendly communicator who enjoys building relationships
• A person who can manage follow-ups and keep multiple projects moving
• A creative eye and genuine interest in beautiful products, art and design
• Someone commercially minded who gets excited about growing sales and the business
• Experience in wholesale, sales, retail, marketing or e-commerce would be a big advantage
• Someone who enjoys learning, taking responsibility and being part of a small, ambitious team
