Workplace Coach

Description:
Hire Resolve’s Client is currently looking for an experienced Workplace Coach to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape. You will be responsible for facilitating training, mentoring employees, conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate training records.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate various training sessions to support employee development.
• Train mentees and employees according to site training requirements.
• Provide guidance and opportunities to support effective skills transfer.
• Conduct monthly reviews of mentees’ goals and objectives.
• Develop training material and support departments with documentation such as COPs and SOPs, aligned to scope.
• Perform monthly assessments and scoring of mentees based on key performance areas.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of mentorship and training, adjusting programmes based on identified gaps.
• Maintain accurate records of all training sessions and materials.
• Conduct training needs and gap analyses for assigned sections or mentees, and compile reports.
• Capture and report quality data for effective record keeping.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Diploma in ODETDP
• Assessor, Facilitator and Moderator Certificates
• 8 years’ experience in an opencast mining environment
• Valid Driver’s License

Benefits:

• Salary: R65K – R75K P/M
