Roles and responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Support Organizational Environment, Health & Safety Objectives.
- Establish labor contracts in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
- Support HR Manager on all Performance Management Processes for BINL employees.
- Support HR Manager on the implementation and tracking of Annual manpower planning of the organization (recruitment and succession plans)
-Recruitment of personnel for Surfer Business Management
-Support HR Manager on all other recruitments. - Onshore Personnel Job Description.
- Support competences development process (plan and realize assessment, competences development actions and
training programs). - Support and Coordinate Talent Development for staff.
- Assist HR Manager in formulating HR policies and procedures for the company and development of overall talent management strategy.
- Follow-up Employee Administration.
- Support HR Manager on the Management of protocol staff activities.
- Support with coordination of industrial labor relations, collective bargaining agreements, grievance
procedures to handle all complaints from disputes with unionized employees. - Support HR Manager in Managing Discipline in BINL.
- Ensure reliable and accurate reporting on the processes at affiliate and group level.
- Fill in on every capacity for HR Manager when unavailable
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
Qualifications
Bsc in Social Sciences or relevant courses.
Msc HR or MBA is an added advantage.
Member of a professional Human Resources body - HRCI, SHRM, CIPM.
Experiences
Minimum 8 years' experience in a core Human Resources Role.
