Description:

Lynnwood (Persequor Park), Pretoria: JUNIOR ATTORNEY (FAMILY LAW)
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional female
-Strong English proficiency
-Bachelor of Laws Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney a must
-High Court right of appearance, or willing to obtain
-Recent experience in Family law matters
-Driver?s license and own vehicle
-Must currently reside in Pretoria / within commuting distance
-Stable employment record and contactable employment references a must
-To start as soon as possible, preferably immediately
Duties:
-Attend to Family Law matters for law firm
-Compiling summonses, notices and pleadings, legal documentation relating to Family Law
-Correspondence and liaison with clients, attorneys, Family Advocate etc.
-Court attendance with clients and advocates
-High Court appearances
-General Attorney duties
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (Junior Level)
