Hazelwood, Pretoria East: JUNIOR LEGAL COST CONSULTANT
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional
-LLB Degree completed and admitted as an Attorney with right of appearance a must
-Minimum 2 years recent experience in drafting of cost accounts for legal litigation matters at a law firm or cost consulting firm
-Fully independently functional a must (Not a training opportunity)
-Experienced in taxation and opposing of bills of costs
-Driver?s license and own vehicle
-Residing in Pretoria
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting of cost accounts for legal litigation matters
-Drafting, presenting and opposing of bills of costs
-Attend to taxation and opposes taxations
-Drafting of party & party, attorney & client and attorney and own client bills of costs
-Preparation and drafting of bill of costs
-Opposing bills of costs and settling bills of costs
-Calculation of legal fees
Salary: R 20 000.00 ? R 25 000.00 gross maximum
