Job description

Maintain programme documents and data

  • Collate and capture data accurately into SIS and other platforms.
  • Support audits by ensuring records are compliant.
  • Keep track of student attendance and notify relevant parties of absences.
  • File reports and attendance register accurately.

Manage programme documentation and academic progression tracking

  • Maintain accurate programme records, monitor and track student progression, and escalate concerns to relevant stakeholders as required.
  • Manage registration tracking, amendments, and academic risk monitoring processes.
  • Conduct student consultations on curriculum progression and refer complex matters to the programme manager where necessary.
  • Ensure timely reporting and tracking of academic progress and programme-related activities to support decision-making and compliance requirements.

Uphold communication and values

  • Respond to emails and queries within 48 hours.
  • Represent TSIBA’s values of support and integrity.
  • Maintain confidentiality in student interactions.
  • Foster calm and helpful programme environments.

Provide admin support

  • Assist with organising classes, schedules and materials.
  • Support communication between faculty and students.
  • Provide support to the faculty and programme manager.
  • Support curriculum guidance and provide career advisory assistance.

Requirements

Skills | qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in business administration
  • Experience in the higher education sector
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
