Description:

Willows, Pretoria East: RAF LITIGATION ATTORNEY (THIRD PARTY CLAIMS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (Afr & Eng client base)
-LLB Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney a must
-5 to 10 years post admission experience in Litigation and Third Party Claims (against RAF) a must
-Fully independently functional
-Computer literate (Preferably in AJS)
-Driver?s license and own vehicle
-Residing in Pretoria a must
-Stable employment record and contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Independently handling of Third Party Claims against Road Accident Fund for law firm
-Litigation Procedures, including High Court Litigation
-Drafting legal documents and client liaison in Afrikaans and English
-General attorney duties
Salary: R 40 000.00 ? R 60 000.00 gross (Depending on RAF Litigation experience)
