Senior Packing Designer (Woodstock)

Job description

• Conceptualise and develop creative brand and packaging designs across multiple brands

• Design and roll out packaging and print materials from concept to finished artwork

• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate identity guidelines

• Create 3D mockups and renders for presentations

• Ensure artwork meets print specifications and technical standards

• Collaborate with traffic, client service, clients and creative teams to meet briefs and deadlines

• Manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional design quality

• Mentor junior designers and DTP team members

  What do you need

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or Art Direction, or a proven track record in retail brand and packaging design

• At least 6 years of graphic design experience, specifically in brand and packaging design

• Strong conceptual, creative and design skills

• Proven experience taking concepts through to final production-ready artwork

• Excellent knowledge of print production and technical standards

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

• Ability to create 3D mockups and renders

• Photo retouching and editing skills would be advantageous

• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
