• We are looking for a proactive, commercially driven sales professional who can take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing deals.
• You will be comfortable with outbound prospecting, engaging senior decision-makers and building a pipeline from the ground up. If you are resilient, resourceful and motivated by winning new business in a fast-paced digital environment, this could be the opportunity for you.

What will you do:

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiations and closing.
• Generate new business through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
• Identify target accounts, research prospects and engage key decision-makers.
• Lead discovery conversations and product demonstrations.
• Understand client needs and position solutions that deliver measurable business results.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM records and consistent follow-ups.
• Develop strong relationships with prospective clients and internal teams.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Share market insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and conversion rates.

What do you need:

• At least 5 years’ sales experience, ideally in a full-cycle business development or new business role.
• A proven track record in outbound sales, cold calling and closing deals.
• Experience engaging mid- to senior-level decision-makers.
• Strong prospecting, account research and pipeline management skills.
• An understanding of structured sales processes, from initial contact to signed contract.
• Experience using CRM systems and modern sales prospecting tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A self-motivated, target-driven approach, with the resilience to navigate challenges and rejection.
• An interest in digital advertising, programmatic media and emerging technology.
• Fluency in English.
