Broker Consultant (Pretoria)

Our client, a non-profit, medical scheme is seeking a Broker Consultant for the Pretoria area.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Responsibility and accountability for executing broker training, support and relationship building for the company to be positioned as the medical scheme of choice.
• To implement effective strategies that will position Company Distribution channel as the delivery structure of company’s activities with particular emphasis on the achievement of growing the company’s membership.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree/Diploma in Sales/Customer Relations
• The ability to speak Xhosa would be highly advantageous
• A minimum of 4 years in sales/customer relations industry

Salary: Market related
