The role
We are looking for an Junior Client Success Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of clients, with accountability for retention, service delivery, client satisfaction and revenue growth.
This role is best suited to someone with experience in client success, account management or a similar client-facing role within an agency, SaaS or digital environment.
While exposure to SEO, local SEO or digital marketing is advantageous, this is not a campaign execution role. The focus is on strategic client management, communication, commercial ownership, service delivery and long-term client success.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of local and international clients
- Build strong, trusted client relationships focused on long-term value and outcomes
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients
- Ensure delivery against agreed scopes, timelines and KPAs
- Coordinate internally with operational, technical and product teams
- Track and communicate performance, progress and strategic recommendations to clients
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client needs
- Support renewals, retention and commercial discussions
- Manage escalations professionally and proactively
- Maintain accurate records, reporting and client documentation
- Prepare inputs for quarterly business reviews and internal reporting

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in client success, account management or a similar client-facing role
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients with commercial responsibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mentality
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Exposure to SaaS, SEO, local SEO or digital marketing environments is advantageous
- Relevant qualification in marketing, business, communications, digital or similar is beneficial
