But here’s the kicker: You must be as sharp with compliance as you are with conversions.  We run an audit-grade operation, meaning POPIA data integrity and TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) outcomes are hardcoded into how we script, dial, and win every single
day.

● ViciDial Technical Mastery: You know the dialler inside out. You understand campaign setups, hopper adjustments, real-time list recycling rules, and how to manage drop rates perfectly.
● Speed-to-Lead Obsession: You know that a lead called within 5 minutes converts 10x better than a lead called in 20 minutes. Speed-to-lead is your religion.
● Compliance Safeguard: You understand that POPIA and TCF protect our business. You know how to enforce data security on the floor, handle opt-outs instantly in ViciDial, and coach agents to pitch cleanly without using predatory, high-pressure tactics.

Requirements

The Requirements Checklist:
● 2–3 years of experience as an Outbound Sales or Hot-Lead Conversion Team Lead in a South African contact centre.
● Non-negotiable, hands-on experience configuring and managing ViciDial.
● Practical understanding of POPIA compliance and TCF outcomes within a sales floor context.
● A proven track record of hitting sales targets while maintaining excellent QA/Compliance scores.
