We are looking for an experienced Feature Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic Agile delivery environment focused on building innovative custom software solutions.

Key requirements

6–7 years’ experience in business analysis within custom software development environments
Relevant qualification preferred:

BCom, BSc, diploma
International institute of business analysis (IIBA) certification or equivalent

Agile certification advantageous.
Strong Agile and scrum experience with at least 3 years working on Agile projects.
Proven experience writing:

User stories
Epics
Features
aligned to INVEST principles.

Experience translating business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for complex integrated systems.
Working knowledge of:

Open API Specification (OAS) 2.0 & 3.0
JSON
XML

Understanding of:

Behaviour driven development (BDD)
Test-driven development (TDD)

Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes, products, and value chains
Elicit, analyse, document, validate, and communicate business requirements with minimal supervision
Write clear, concise, and development-ready user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to maintain a well-prioritised backlog
Challenge and refine business requirements to ensure clarity, value, and feasibility
Support Agile delivery teams through continuous collaboration and requirement clarification
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted consultant throughout the project lifecycle
