Who we are looking for
We are looking for a mid-to-senior Motion Graphics Designer who combines strong creative thinking with excellent technical skills. You should be passionate about animation, video and especially fast-paced, social-first content.

What you will do

• Create motion graphics, animation and video for digital, social, film and emerging platforms
  Produce fast-turnaround content for TikTok, Reels and Stories
• Bring campaign concepts, storyboards and static designs to life through motion
• Edit, adapt and repurpose content for different platforms
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, copywriters and producers
• Contribute creative ideas from concept through to execution
• Stay current with motion, social and cultural trends
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
• Ensure work aligns with client brand guidelines and visual systems

What you need

• 5+ years' experience in motion design, animation or a similar role
  Strong portfolio/showreel featuring motion, video and social content
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience creating vertical social content for TikTok, Reels and Stories
• Strong understanding of animation, typography, pacing and sound
• Cinema 4D or Blender experience is advantageous
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
• Collaborative, hands-on approach
• Comfortable working within a flat creative team
