Network Engineer (Rosebank)

Technical requirements

• 7+ years hands-on experience managing enterprise network environments and teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco switching platforms (Catalyst, Nexus) and Cisco DNA center.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), STP variants, VXLAN, multicast, QoS, and SD Access concepts.
• Experience with network automation (Python/Ansible/Git) and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Solid understanding of NAC (Cisco ISE), firewall policies, and segmentation.
• Soft skills and organizational requirements
• Ability to develop and present technical strategies to leadership.
• Strong documentation capability and adherence to change control and ITIL processes.
• Analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and operational discipline.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field (essential).
• Professional certifications:

o    CCNP enterprise (required)

o    CCIE enterprise infrastructure (preferred but not essential)

o    Additional certifications such as JNCIP/JNCIE, Aruba, Fortinet NSE, or network automation credentials (advantageous).
