Mustard Seed is one of South Africa’s leading shopping centre marketing agencies, and as our portfolio continues to expand, we’re looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join our Gauteng team.

We’re after someone who gets retail, understands pressure, can manage people and clients without dropping balls, and still brings energy, creativity and strategic thinking to the table.

This is not a sit-back-and-maintain role.

This is for someone who wants to build, lead, create and grow with a fast-moving agency making serious noise in the retail property space.

What you'll be doing

• Managing multiple shopping centre portfolios
• Leading regional marketing teams
• Driving strategic retail campaigns from concept to rollout
• Building strong client relationships
• Working closely with operations, digital, design and procurement teams
• Keeping campaigns moving, clients happy and standards high

Travel forms part of the role.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role
• Proven experience managing multiple clients and/or portfolios
• Shopping centre / retail marketing experience is non-negotiable
• Marketing / PR / communications qualification
• Strong strategic and campaign management ability
• Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Organised, proactive and solutions-driven
• Someone who can lead with confidence and keep momentum moving
