Retail Sales Consultant (Durban)

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.

• A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in field sales, preferably within financial services or a related industry.

• Experience with Shariah-compliant financial products.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the Shariah-compliant product to small businesses.

• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Plan and organise daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients in line with the Employer’s expectations.

• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Service existing account by ensuring the company remain in contact and retain relationships to acquire referrals or new business.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

• Drive inputs and activities that are focused on achievement of Sales Targets and KPI’s.
