Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for delivering training and support to our clients and operations team on the road. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our track and trace application, excellent communication skills, and a patient and professional approach to working with diverse individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training and support to clients and operations team on the road
Ensure precise delivery of client key bags, packages, and collection of same
Troubleshoot problems and issues that arise while on the route
Interact with clients in a professional and humble manner
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
Maintain accurate records and reports of training and activities
Provide feedback and insights to the training team to improve processes and procedures
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
PSIRA certificate – Grade C
Driver’s license Code 10 with PrDP
CIT certificate
Firearm Competency
Relevant experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of logistics and operations processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work long hours and shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
