Job DutiesThis full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role, based in Johannesburg, involves developing and maintaining client relationships, promoting services, and delivering superior customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, identifying client needs, advising on best-fit solutions, and providing excellent customer service to drive success. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with team members to meet company sales objectives and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and client requirements.
Duties will include • Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Increase and generate new business sales
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Key Requirements• Matric or Grade 12 / NQF 4 learning ability
• Minimum 2 years sales / Occupational Health and Safety experience
• Sales and Marketing Diploma can be an added advantage
• Basic computer skills • Knowledge of occupational health and safety services in all the industry can be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and liaison skills at all levels both verbal and write
• Proven track record in a sales-related environment
